Here at Bill's, we grow our own hogs on our own farm. 450 to 500 sows are serviced with 26 boars, enabling us to control the quality of meat. This ensures the best pork product that anyone can serve.

Bill's cooks whole hogs over hickory coals, with gas heat from above, on specially designed cookers that Bill designed and had custom built. Some 15 of these large cookers can easily produce more than 100 cooked hogs on a given day as needed for Bill's catering operation.
